TJ's Specialty Products specializes in producing Authentic Cajun Seasonings & Spices that add those special flavors that make Cajun Cooking Special.  TJ's products are made true to the Cajun Traditions of bold flavors, spiciness, and well balanced.  Our products are made the traditional way and will remind you of the products your grand-parents kept on their kitchen tables.  Most Cajun Cooks went beyond the traditional salt & pepper; they usually added a little "Lagniappe" (something extra) to the seasoning of a dish. There was always that unknown ingredient that added to the dish that made you want more.

The company started in 2017 by processing authentic Cajun Filé by harvesting and drying Sassafras leaves the old fashioned way.  We then branched out into our own brand of seasonings and flavors.

Our products are "All Louisiana" and have earned the Certified Cajun and Certified Louisiana designations from the Louisiana Department of Agriculture.  Recognizing our products as Truly Authentic and born & processed in Louisiana.

We are both native Cajuns from South Louisiana who have grown up steeped in the Traditions of the Cajuns of South Louisiana.  We both learned to cook by watching our mothers and grand-mothers cook those delicious and special meals unique to Acadiana.
